Harsh Vardhan Chauhan, former CISO at NivaBupa Health Insurance Company Ltd., has recently joined Motherson Technology Services as Head of Cybersecurity.
At Motherson, he is responsible for leading the global Cybersecurity Services portfolio for the group.
With a career spanning 17 years, Harsh has demonstrated expertise in Business Continuity Planning, IS risk handling, Risk Management, IT, and DR operations. An excellent strategist and implementer, he has implemented information Security Best Practices while streamlining the security control environment for organizations.
Harsh has showcased excellence in implementing, devising, and examining the Cyber Security Assurance Plan. From working towards reducing the risk & impact of cybersecurity/information security threats & vulnerabilities, he has successfully expedited risk assessments and remediation processes to help organizations build a robust infrastructure.
During his six-year stint at NivaBupa, a prominent leader in the Health Insurance sector, he achieved several milestones while accomplishing projects in hand. Before joining Niva Bupa, he worked for notable organizations, including Microland and Adecco.
