Anand Sinha, CIO - OCS Group India, also shared his video
message with the event participants as part of the CIO session.

The session commenced with the moderator N K Mehta raising an
important question about the role of the partner community post-
pandemic. The CIO panelists were in unison with the opinion that the SI
partners must try to understand the pain points of the businesses and
act as a consultant by coming up with the best solutions available in
the industry.

Dr. Mukesh pointed out that as a CIO he always felt that SI partners

should focus on coming up with the right solutions for their clients.
Sharing a fresh perspective, Jasmine Gorimar said, “I would like my
partners to update me about what is trending in the market and
how can those solutions change my thought process."

Responding to the question regarding the mindset of CIOs post-
pandemic, Nikhil Kumar Nigam shared, “Today, CIOs are stakeholders

sitting inside the boardroom, next to CFOs and CEOs. Consequently,
they are building strategic plans and future roadmap of their
companies. Hence, post-pandemic CIOs are sitting in a very different

position and having a distinct mindset.”
