The Manufacturing sector in the SME segment has not been able to cope up in adopting advanced technology on account of lack of awareness, dynamic nature of digital technologies and lack of knowledge of inherent technological capabilities. At the same time, with digitization becoming necessary especially post pandemic, the sector is slowly changing their business model to adapt to the changing demands of their customers.
