Shweta Srivastava, former CTO of Paul Merchants Finance Pvt. Ltd., has recently joined JK Cement as its Head-IT Applications. At JK Cement, Shweta will be responsible for maintaining the security and IT Infrastructure of the organization.
Shweta brings 18+years of experience in the industry with specialization in Product Engineering Ownership, Technology Roadmap Planning, IT Service Delivery Management, IT Operations, Project Management, IT Infrastructure Planning & Management, Compliance Management, and Cloud Computing, among others.
An ITIL and Prince2 Certified professional, Shweta has proven expertise in identifying and suggesting tech-based solutions, enabling organizations to enhance their functional efficiency and achieve excellence. With demonstrated expertise in handling Projects under the Prince2 framework, Process Management, IT Service Management, Change Management, IT Governance/IT Audit, Business Process Automation, as well as SLA Management, and Vendor Contract Management, Shweta has carved a niche for herself in the IT industry.
Before joining JK Cement, Shweta worked for reputed brands, including Paul Merchants Finance Pvt. Ltd, Safexpress Pvt. Ltd., Fortis Hospitals, and Sahara Hospital, to name a few. In her previous role, she took a strategic leadership role to develop an organization-wide roadmap for IT, steering the company towards innovation and digital transformation.
