The company bagged awards in two categories, including the Karnataka Best Employer Brand Awards and the Innovation in Information Technology Award for 2020.
The awards were awarded by the Employer Branding Institute to acknowledge the efforts of IT companies in the area of Human Resource development. R&M India’s Senior Director Sales – Public Network Shailendra Trivedi received the awards at a virtual event in the presence of other shortlisted organizations.
It must be noted that the Employer Branding Institute that constitutes senior leaders in human resources come together to recognize the best companies in employer branding that are giving their contributions in Talent Management, Talent Innovation, and Talent Development. Since the jury concluded that R&M’s initiatives were superior in comparison to its competitors, the organization naturally won the award for its efforts.
