ISODA (The Infotech Software Dealers Association) recently announced the appointment of L. Ashok of Future Net Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. as its new Chairman. In its recently concluded 14th AGM, held in Amritsar, which was physically attended by 80+ members, the committee also elected Zakir Hussain Rangwala of BD Software Distribution Pvt Ltd. as its new President.
After passing the minutes of its previous meeting, the committee discussed several other items on the Agenda and announced its new Management Committee. Keeping the tradition of e-voting, which ISODA has been practicing for the past two years (owing to the Pandemic), all the 200+ members enjoyed their right to vote from across the country.

Given that trade and business activities have opened up after a gap of two years, the new Management Committee is all set to keep the association growing in strength and stature. Some of the main priorities for the new committee members will be to enable ISODA to include young talents in its team.
The committee will also look forward to increasing the reach of the association in non-metro cities alongside adding new members. The newly appointed committee will also help members develop skills by facilitating training & development activities and act as a medium of interaction for the OEMs to enter as well as grow in the Indian market. ISODA will also aim at providing a usable digital platform for improving collaboration within and outside the fraternity.
