“AMD is the only company in the world with both high-performance compute and high-performance graphics technology and the expertise to combine them into custom solutions. The event also witnessed Coach Kiran Ajwani leading the Evolve Speaker workshop on the topic- A Quality Sales & Marketing Function.

As an expert Chief Business Coach, Ajwani compared the functions of Sales and Marketing to a business’s engine, which is the distinguishing aspect between a large corporation and an SME.

He reiterated that most SMEs continue to grow despite the lack of a sales & marketing function since the owners, as well as partners, are good marketers and salespeople.

“This Engine requires time, effort, knowledge, and money to construct, but to build the Team and expand a business, the owner must change his mindset and step aside from always being the engine,” he added.

Ajwani also responded to all the member queries regarding sales, targets, accomplishments, reviews, funnels, remuneration, and feedback to the sales team, ending his session on a positive note.
