ISODA to Host its 12th AGM on 18th September
Infotech Software Dealers Association (ISODA) recently announced that the committee would be hosting its 12th AGM on 18th September 2021. The association will be hosting a virtual AGM this year and expects maximum participation since members don’t need to travel or remain present physically.
The association plans to propose and pass last year’s financial report, along with other resolutions during the AGM. It must be noted that ISODA will be conducting elections for two different posts including, Vice Chairperson & Vice President. The election for both posts will be conducted through an online ballot platform.
As per the association’s policy, Alok Gupta of Softmart Solutions, who held the post of Vice-Chairman previously, will be promoted as the Chairperson of ISODA. Also, Jitesh Chauhaan of Rubik Infotech, who was appointed as the Vice President for the last term, will be promoted as the President of the association. Pradeep Daga of Suntronix, the current General Secretary of the association, and Ravi Jalan of Shakti Enterprise, the present Treasurer, will continue to hold their respective positions at ISODA this year.
